I don't know if this will work for this watch, but if you have a 'set' button, first press and hold it for a few seconds. It will then give you an item to set, mine shows the 'charm level' first. If you see a 'mode' button, press this until you see the time. Go through the 'mode button until it shows 'set hour'- to actually change the numbers, use the 'reset button,' on my watch it's on the lower corner.
